Upon confirmation of your booking with me, we will arrange a suitable time and place to meet. A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
My fee includes:
- At least 3-4 meetings to discuss, develop, rehearse and deliver your special ceremony.
- Preparation of the Notice of Intended Marriage document which need to be lodged a minimum of 31 days before the ceremony.
- Advice, ideas and a booklet to assist you plan your asking, vows, ring exchange and readings.
- Communication via email, telephone or individual meetings during the planning process.
- The writing of an individual wedding ceremony specifically planned for you.
- A wedding rehearsal prior to the ceremony.
- My attendance on the day to officiate at your wedding.
- I provide a PA system for the ceremony.
- The lodgement of all legal paperwork with the Office of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
- An individual copy of your ceremony as a keepsake.
- Please note that my fee includes travel within a reasonable distance. Greater distances outside the Mornington Peninsula may incur a travel surcharge.
